Since then, the office has worked feverishly to accumulate not only a number-one market share, but also a staff of highly skilled agents who have dedicated their livelihoods to a full time career in real estate. RE/MAX Prestige originally started out with one office located in Tyngsboro Massachusetts, right on the New Hampshire line. With our specialty in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire real estate sales, we grew fast. Eventually, we opened offices in Chelmsford, Dracut, Lawrence, and Westford.

 

Over the past seven years we have gained one of the highest market shares in Dracut with our other offices in the bordering towns of Tyngsboro and Chelmsford. To us, it made sense to better serve our Dracut clients with a new centrally located office.

 

We then added two new offices in Chelmsford and Westford Massachusetts to broaden our market to surrounding areas along with the Merrimack Valley. These two offices maintain the "cruise to the top" attitude of our other three offices and will be equally as successful.

 

The most recent addition to the RE/MAX Prestige family is our new office in Lawrence Massachusetts, where we enjoy servicing a large Hispanic population.

We also work with several local builders to ensure that we have many new construction developments to offer our clients. Furthermore, we work with local banks that offer special programs for the first time buyer with limited or no funds wanting to purchase.
